Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your items in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we process and ship your orders, including estimated delivery times, rates, and important guidelines.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All states within Malaysia (West & East Malaysia)
  • Selected international destinations (please contact us before ordering internationally)

If your location is not listed at checkout, feel free to reach out to us at safa.essence@outlook.com for custom shipping arrangements.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Please note: Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to unforeseen courier issues.


4. Shipping Rates

  • West Malaysia: Flat rate of RM8
  • East Malaysia: Flat rate of RM15
  • Free shipping on all Malaysian orders above RM200
  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You may track your parcel using the courier’s official website.


6. Packaging

Each item is carefully packed in eco-friendly, minimal yet protective packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. We also use resealable zip bags for hygiene and easy storage.


7. Delays and Delivery Issues

While we strive for timely delivery, SAFA ESSENCE SDN. BHD. is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
  • Natural disasters or public holidays

If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time frame, please contact us for assistance.


8. Address Changes

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, kindly email us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier service to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.
